Dual Enrollment Checklist
- Complete Online Application.
- Request your official high school transcript to be mailed directly to Admissions Office.
- Complete the DE Consent / Hepatitis B form.
- Proof of Citizen/Lawful Presence

- A confirmation letter will be sent via email & postal mail. Your Columbia State ID (aka "A number") will be included.

*Note:
The only financial aid Dual Enrollment students are eligible for is the Dual Enrollment Grant.
All students must submit their DE Grant applications at the start of the semester to secure their schedules.
