AKINKUGBE SIGNS WITH NORTH CAROLINA A&T

Photo Caption: Columbia State Community College sophomore Bryan Akinkugbe signed with North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University yesterday. The Chargers center and forward will graduate from Columbia State in the spring and transfer to NCAT next fall, where former Columbia State basketball coach Jay Joyner is the associate head coach. Akinkugbe is from Bowie, MD, where he graduated from Princeton Day Academy High School. He is majoring in pre-engineering, and his favorite food is Chicken Alfredo.
Columbia State is a two-year college, serving a nine-county area in southern Middle Tennessee with locations in Columbia, Franklin, Lawrenceburg, Lewisburg and Clifton.
