Professors To Discuss 50 Years Of Bond

Lecture Free and Open to the Public Monday, Feb. 11

(COLUMBIA, Tenn. - Feb. 4, 2013) - - - James Bond is turning 50 this year, an anniversary that is not going un-noticed at Columbia State Community College. Professors Stuart Lenig and James Senefeld are taking a look at the brand from its beginnings in 1963 to its present day. The discussion is Monday, Feb. 11 at 11 a.m. in the Ledbetter Auditorium.

Lenig promises that each of the Bond actors, from Sean Connery to Daniel Craig, will be included in the presentation as the professors explore Ian Fleming's legacy of exciting spy and action cinema of the deadly British secret agent.

The lecture is free and open to the public. Ledbetter Auditorium is in the Frank G. Clement building on the Columbia campus.
