ACT National

The ACT National is designed to assess high school students' general educational development and their ability to complete college level work. The ACT National is a three hour test that covers four skill areas: English (45 minutes), Mathematics (60 minutes), Reading (35 minutes), and Science (35 minutes).

How to apply:

You may apply online with ACT at ACT Student or you may pick up an application packet from Testing Services located in the Jones Student Center, room 162 on the Columbia Campus or at the campus nearest you. Your high school guidance office may also have some registration packets.

Cost:

For the regular registration deadline:

  • $63 (No Writing)
  • $88 (Plus Writing)

Scores:

Valid for five years for admission to Columbia State.
